What Can Be Exchanged or Returned
- Wrong item delivered — If you receive a different product than ordered
- Damaged on arrival — If the product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged
- Sealed and unopened products — Must be in original sealed packaging
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened perfumes — For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned
- Products without original packaging or seals broken
- Products purchased on clearance or special deals
